I am, attaching petition for
the closing of the alley in Block 69,
Cartwright Addition to the City of
Beaumont.
I have checked the owners and
find the petition to be in order. There
is a two inch water line down this alley,
but inasmuch as we have closed other
alleys with water lines in them, I.re-
commend that this alley be closed:.
