MAYOR.AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A.QUITCLAIM
DEED QUITCLAIMING AND.CONVEYING ANY AND ALL
RIGHT,.TITLE.AND INTEREST UNTO HELEN MACKENZIE
ENGLISH. WHICH THE CITY OF BEAM40NT OWNS IN
TRACT TWO (2) PLAT D -4 -IN THE A. WILLIAMS SUR -6
VEY III. THE CITY -OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE PAYMENT TO THE
-CITY OF BEAUMONT BY THE SAID HELEN MACKENZIE
ENGLISH OF THE SUM OF $338.13.
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont is the owner of the
hereinafter described land and premises, the City having
purchased said land,_ at a tax foreclosure sale; and,
WHEREAS, the City is anxious to sell said land, and
premises, and Helen Mackenzie English desires to purchase
the same and has offered to pay to the City of Beaumont the
sum of Three Hundred Thirty-eight '13/100 (338.13) Dollars
for a Quitclaim Deed to said property; and,'
WHEREAS, it appears to be to the interest of the City
of -Beaumont to sell and quitclaim said land to the said Helen
Mackenzie English for said consideration, which land is more
particularly described as follows, to--�wit;
Being a part .of the A. Williams Survey,
Jefferson County, . Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of a
tract. of Eleven (11) acres sold by W.A. Junker
to Edwin Moore; thence East 307 feet to the
Hardin County Public Road; thence South 22 de-
grees East along the South side of said public
road 175.5 feet to a stake for corner; thence
West 383.7 -feet to_ a _stake on the West line of ,
Edwin Moore tract of Eleven (11) acres;.thence
North 126 feet to place of beginning, same also
being known as Tract Two (2), Plat D-4, A. Williams
Survey, as per map and plat of record in the City
Assessor's & Collector's office, City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED .BY THE CITY C.OMMISS.ION
DF THE CITY OF BEAUMONTs
That the Mayor and. City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed to Helen
Mackenzie English, quitclaiming to her all right, title and
interest that the City of Beaumont has in and, to the above
described land and premises in consideration of the .payment
to the City of,Beaumont by the said Helen Mackenzie English
of. the said ,sum of $338.13.
