BE -IT ORDAINED BY. the City Council of the City
of Bea-Lui-ont:
SECTION' I
That Section 13 of an Ordinance providing for. a
Departm.ent of Garbage, creating the office of Superintendent

of the Garbage Departrent, providing rules and regulations
governing said Department, fe.es to be' charged in said Depart-
ment and pre -scribing -penalties for the V401at3-on of Certain
section -thereof and repealing Chapters 113- and 15 of the. 'Ale-
vised Code of Ordinances as codified by YeDowell and Davidson
and adopted by the City, Council, February 7, A. D. 1-911 and
which was passed by the City Council of the City of Beaumont
June 4. A. D'.- 1912 be amended so that it shall hereafter read
as follows, to__i,,,it:
SECTION 13.;
It shall be unlawful for' anyone except the Superin-
tendent of the Garbage Department 0fthis ei-oployces or the
owner of trash to remove same from any premises in the City
of,Beaui-.1ont.
