Entitled an Ordinance amending section one of- an ordinance
fixing the salaries of the officers- of the City of Beaumont, Texas,
for the tbrui beginning April,-1912 and ending in April, 1914, passed
by the City -Council - on the 21 st -day of February.,:--A. D.', 1912.
Be it ordafined by the City Caunci of the City of Beaumont.:
SECTION 1.
That section, one of an_ Ordinance , fixing .the- salaries -of .the_
officers of the City of'Beaumont,. Texas, for the term beginning April,
1912 and ending in April, 1914, passed" by the,,City CoLmcil ori' the 21st
day of February, . D.-, 1-912, relative-to the-salaries, of-Alderman be,.
-am-ended so that it shall hereafter read as follows':
"Each Alderman shall receive five ($5.00) dollars for each
of the City` Council- -whether:- :regular;:: special--or--
session called.-"
,SECTION 2.
All .ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this _
-ordinance are hereby repealed and..held for naught.
