That Article 420-, Chapter 32, Revised Code of Ordinances

of the City of Beaumont, Texas, passed by the City Council on the
7th day of February, A.D., 1911 be and the game is hereby repealed
and held for naught.
Section 2.

after its passage and lawful publications
