the
said
sum of fifty two cents according
to the provisions of this ordinance, and' to so prepare his state-
ment and reports to the City Treasurer, that said, officer may be
able, to :elace all collections made under said tax to the e r'edit
of the grope r fund; and the same shall not be diverted or used for
any other purpose.
Stiction 3.
That all .ordinances or parts of ordinances 'in can-
flict herewith. be and the same : are hereby repealed, and this ordiu
ance shall take effect` a; d be in full force from and after its
final -passage, approval by the !Mayor and lawful publication..
