FERGUSON BEAUMONT,TEXAS CITY ATTORNEY August 3,1914. To the Honorable Mayor and City Council, C I T Y. Gentlemen: - i j I hand you herewith ordinance offered by the medical society and -have made one change giving the -board more power. The further provision I inserted i provides that three members may call a meeting at any I time and compel the attendance of the other members by sub-poena. The occasion might arise when the president I was out of town that would necessitate a special meeting. By inserting this provision the board will be able to handle any emergency that might arise. I believe this will be satisfactory with the Medical Society, with whom I have conferred on two separate occasions. Yours truly City Attorney. I . Z,, .. .. , Beaumont, Texas,'Aug.4,1914.
