ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE TEN (10') FOOT UNDERGROUND CABLE EASEMENT
LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS TWENTY (20) AND TWENTY-
ONE (21), BLOCK SIX (6), VIRGINIA ESTATES
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the ten (10') foot underground cable easement, as herein-
after described, in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, said
easement to be abandoned being described as follows, to wit:
BEING a 10 -foot underground cable easement,
95 feet in length, lying 5 feet either side
of the common lot lines of Lots 20 & 213,
Block 6 of the Virginia Estates Addition to
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
as recorded in the Jefferson County Map Records
in Volume 10, page 196 and being out of Block
8 and a part of Block 5 of the Annie T. Warren
Subdivision in the J. W. Bullock League of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows
FOR A LOCATIVE POINT begin in the west right-
of-way line of the St. Louis Street 60 -foot
right-of-way, said point being the southeast
corner of Lot 21 and the northeast corner of
Lot 20, Block 6, Virginia Estates Addition to
the City of Beaumont, Texas;
THENCE in a westerly direction along the common
lot lines of Lots 20 and 21,Block 6, said
addition, a distance of 10 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING of the underground cable easement
hereinafter described; \

THENCE in a northerly direction a distance of
5 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE in a westerly direction along a line 5
feet north of and parallel to the _common ,lot .
lines of Lot 20 & 21, Block 6, said addition,
a distance of 95 feet to a point for corner,
said point being 15 feet east of the rear lot
line of Lot 21, Block 6, said addition;
THENCE in a southerly direction along a line
15 feet east of and parallel to the rear lot
lines of Lots 20 and 21, Block 61 said addition,
a distance of 10 feet to a point for corner;

Beaumont, and. Myrtle Corgey, Deputy City Clerk of the City of
Beaumont, known to me to be the persons whose names are sub-
scribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me
that they executed the same for the purposes and consideration
therein expressed and in the capacity therein stated.
