AND 6:00 A.M.;EXCEPT IN CASE OF IMMINENT DANGER; PROHIBITING BLOWING OFF OR BLOWING OUT RAILROAD ENGINE BOILER IN CROSSING PUBLIC STREET, ALLEY OR THOROUGHFARE; AND RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR CONTRARY THERETO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: Section 1. Chapter 31 of Section 31-2 of the Code of The City of Beaumont is hereby amended to read as follows: "Chapter 31, Section 31-2. Blowing Whistles, Blowing out Boilers. "It shall be unlawful to blow the railroad engine whistle, horn or siren, or cause the same to be blown within the corporate limits of the City during the period of -tune between 9:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M., except when there is imminent danger of an accident. All persons are prohibited from blowing off or blowing out a railroad engine boiler when crossing any public street, alley or other thoroughfare within the corporate limits of the City." Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contrary hereto are hereby repealed PASSED by the City Council this day of April, 1969.
