Your committee to whom was referred the proposed
Franchise Ordinance, whereby the City Council, of the City of

Street, which lies South dff the South line of Crockett Street,
in Beaumont, Texas, to erect a platform and shad thereon, for trie
receipt and delivery of freight to and from the shipping public;
