ARTICLE 3461 THAT DOGS SHALL BE TAKEN UP: Exception --It shall
be th e duty 'of the. Ci ty Marshall and ih e Policemen to take up ' ail
dogs found running at large in th e .City limits .between the Ist day,
of June and the lst'. day of October of each year, except such as have
the. .license plate issued. by the Mayor --,gas -provided for in Article 344.
Section ll:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be' in full force from
-and after_ its passage and approval .by the Mayor.
Section 111:
All Ordinances, ,and parts of"Ordinance in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.,
