ORDINANCE NO. -69-21
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, AN INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT AGREEMENT WITH GOODYEAR TIRE AND
RUBBER COMPANY, TINTWXYM , AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST THERETO.
Whereas, The City of Beaxmont, has, by Ordinance
No. 69-20 established an industrial district comprising a
part of its extraterritorial jurisdiction.and desires to
enter into a contract with the owner of land within said
district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
OF BEAUMONr, TEXAS:
That the Mayor, James D. McNicholas, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of The City of
Beaumont, the Industrial District Agreement, dated C# 2-5- ,
1969, with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, 1ZYj!wU93
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
attest thereto.
