Section 2: Any person violating this ordind.nee shall be c?eemad guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the Corporation Court, shall be fined in an-,.- sum not less than one dollar nor more than �5 twenty-five dollars. GEHTLEMEN:- Your Committee to whom was referred the proposed ordinance requiring all teams, automobiles ,and .vehicles of any kind or character, when stopped on the streets of the CityL'of Beaumont to be placed so that the front and back wheels next to the curb line shall be Within not-less.than two ,feet of said line, beg to report that it has duly considered said proposed ordinance, and find: First: That it ;^aould be to the convenience of the traveling public that such regulation be made. Your Committee, therefore, recommends: That the said proposed ordinance, hereto attached marked "Exhibit A" and inade a part hereof, be duly adopted and passed by this Council.
