BE IT ORD?:INED BY THE CMY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RE UMOYT: - Section I: It shall be unlawful for any person to hitch a horse or team, or leave a horse, team or horses, automobile,. or vehicle of any bind or character standing upon Pear Street for a longer time than 30 minutes between -T&RK"x Street and -P�- ctr6et in the City of Beaumont. Section 2: Any person violating this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the Corporation Court, shall be filled in any sum not less, than one dollar nor more than twenty-five dollars. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval_ by the ysayor and lawful publication. Second: That it would be to the convenience of the public that this ordinance be passed. Your Committee, therefore, recommends: That the said proposed ordinance, hereto attahced, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof be duly adopted and passed by this Council.
