Entitled an Ordinance amending Section l' of an Ordinance
recorded on pages 310, 311and 312 of Minute Book Noal, Massed
at a regular session of the City Council, July 5th, 1905, said
Section -when amended will read as follows:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE BEATMONT :
Section 1: That it shall hereafter be unlawful to

any structure
or house
of any character
of any
other
material
than stone or
brick, on
any lot, lots or
parts
of lots within the following described district in the City of
Bealunont, Which shall constitute the brick and stone limits, to -Wit -
Beginning at the corner of Crockett and Neches Street;
thence southeast on Neches Street 150 feet; thence northeast
through block number seventeen (17) of the Van Normer Addition of
the City of Beaviiont to Park_Stxe.et; thence southeast on park
Street 361 feet; thence northeast 150 feet to the center of Block
519 and. thence southeast through block number 51 and 5'0 to Forsyth
Street; -thence northeast on Forsyth Street 361 feet; thence
southeast through blocks 39, 38 and 37 to I.Va.shington Street; thence
northeast on Washington Street 391 feet; thence northeast through
block Noll and No -12 and the City Parr to a point on Forsyth
Street 180 -feet northeast from Pearl Street; thence northeast on
Forsyth Street 120 feet to Xain Street; tneflce North on Cy1)ress
Street to a point half waybetween I-alberry and Tevis Streets; thence

Section 2: any person or corporation violating any of
the provisions of the foregoing ordinance shall upon conviction
in the Corporation Court, be fined in any sum not less than
t7,; ent7T-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than one hwldred ($100. 00 )
Dollars, and each clay that said provisions or any part of them are
violated shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 3: That any ordinance or -part of- ordinance in
conflict herevlith be and the same is hereby repealed, and that 'this
ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
final passa-e, lawful publication and approval by the Mayor.

Section. 2: Any person or corporation violating any of

tyuenty-five (25.00) Dollars nor more than one hundred ($100-00)
Dollars, and each day that said provisions or any part of there are
violated shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 5: That any ordinance or -part of ordinance in
conflict herewith be and the same is hereby repealed, and that this
ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
final passage, lawful publication. _and --approval by_ the Hayor.
