SEC. 1. That upon the property fronting or abutting upon Tevis

there is hereby levied and assessed as a tax,one-third of the cost of
the paving, and all of the cost of the curbing on said Tevis street ,b'3; AYe- a ._

The lots, parts of lots, blocks or tracts of land on which said
tax is levied and assessed is hereinafter described, together with the
number of feet in such lot, part of lot, block or tract of land, the
name or names of.the owners thereof, and the proportionate amount of the
cost of said paving and the cost of said curbing to be borne and paid
for by such owner or owners, as shown by the roll preperned by the City
Engineer of the City of Beaumont, which said amount is hereby levied
and asessed as a tax upon such lot, part of lot', block or tract of land
as follows , to wit: -
