B E I T O R D A I N E D by the City Council of the City of

SEC. I. That upon all property fronting or abutting upon Bowie
Street A19n Main 4 Pearl Street, in the City of Beaumont, there
is hereby levied and assessed as a tax, two -third of the cost of paving
and all of the cost of the curbing on said Bowie Street, bev eery Main
and. Pearl Street.
The lots, parts of lots, blocks or tracts of land on which
said tax is levied and assessed /.s hereinafter described, together
with the nviiiber of feet in such lot, part of. -.'lot , block or tract of
land, the name or names of the owners thereof, and the proportionate
amount of the cost of said paving and the cost of said curbing to be
borne and paid for by such owner or owners,4s shown by the roll pre-
pared by the City Engineer of the City of Beaumont; which said. amount
is hereby levied and assessed as a tax upon such lot, part of lot,
