Ave for a distance of 150 feet from its intersection with Laurel Ave.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIDE CITY COUNCIL

SECTION 1. That the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company, be
and it is hereby granted the right and privilege to construct a spur

a d s tance of 150 feet frons the north boundry line of Laurel Ave.
SECTION 2. Said Texas and New Orleans Railroad Coinpany shall inffa-
-ed-ately upon construction of said pptzr track along said Yagholia Ave
e restore said street crossings as nearly as practicable to their
former condition and shall -keep said crossings in repair and do all
things with reference- to -said street' and said spur track w11d-c-h- is--novi
or may hereafter be required by the charter and ordinances of the City
Of Beaumont.
SECTION 3. Be it further. ordained that this ordinance shalIL Lake
effect immediately on its pa•lsage.
