ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS,
BY ADDING A SECTION TO BE NUMBERED 109.7,
REQUIRING ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION,
LICENSED AND BONDED PURSUANT TO 109.3 AND
109.5 TO DISPLAY THEIR STATE MASTER PLUMBER'S
LICENSE NUMBER ON JOB WHILE PLUMBING WORK IS
BEING PERFORMED; AND PROVIDING THAT THE DIS-
PLAY OF SAID NUMBER ON VEHICLE BEING USED BY
SAID PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION WHILE ON JOB
AT ALL TIMES PLUMBING WORK IS BEING PERFORMED
SHALL SATISFY THIS REQUEST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

That Section 28-109.7 is hereby added to the Code of
Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, to read as follows:
"Section 28-109.7. Display of License
1969.
"Any person, firm or.corporation that is pro-
perly licensed and bonded in accordance with
109.3 and 109.5 shall prominently display their
State Master Plumber's License number on the
job at all times that plumbing work is being
— performed. The display of this number on the
vehicle being used by such person, firm or
corporation shall be construed to satisfy this
requirement as long as such vehicle is on the
job at all times that plumbing work is.being
performed."
