ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE WEST 80 FEET OF A 5 FOOT SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT LOCATED UPON LOT 1, BLOCK 2, MILNOR
PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the West 80 feet of a 5 foot sanitary sewer easement, as
hereinafter described, in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned,
said easement to be abandoned being described as follows, to wit:
Being a portion of a sanitary sewer easement
lying in and upon Block 2 of the Milnor Place
Addition, said addition being recorded in the
Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, in
Volume 10, Page 123, said sanitary sewer ease-
ment being Easement No..2 of two such easements
dedicated and filed by a separate instrument
in the Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas
in Volume 1316, page 204, said portion to be
abandoned having a length of 80 feet, more or
- less, and a width of 5 -feet and more particularly
described as follows:
FOR locative point, begin at a point in the north
right-of-way line of the Gladys Avenue 80 -foot
right-of-way, said point being the southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Milnor Place Addition,
said point also being the intersection of the
north line of the Gladys Avenue 80 -foot right-
of-way and the east line of the Hillebrandt
Bayou right-of-way;
THENCE North 030 45' West along the east line of
the Hillebrandt Bayou right-of-way and the west
line of Lot 1, Block 2, Milnor Place Addition a.
distance of 157.24 feet to the place of beginning
of the herein described easement to be abandoned;
THENCE North 030 45' West continuing along the east
line of Hillebrandt Bayou and the west line of Lot
1, Block 2, Milnor Place Addition a distance of 5.0
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 880 10' East along a line 15 feet
south of and parallel to the north line of Lot 1,
Block 2, Milnor Place Addition a distance of 80
feet to a point for corner;
