WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the transfer of certain unencumbered balances from Account Number 1500-G-8, Water Administrative, to Accounts Number 1500-A-1, 1500-A-2, 1500-G-5, and 1500-G-9, Water Administrative; ;From Accounts Number 1501-A-2, 1501-B-17, and 1501-F-2, Water Commercial, to Accounts Number 1501-A-1, 1501-A-3, 1501-B-1, 1501-G-5, 1501-G-9, Water Commercial; from Accounts Number 1502-D-1, 1502-F-4, 1502-D-11, 1502-A-3, and 1502-A-4, Water Production, to Accounts'Number 1502-A-1, 1502-13-1, 1502-B-6, 1502-E-2, 1502-E-4, 1502-G-5, and 1502-G-9, Water Production; from Accounts Number 1503-A-4, and 1503-G-8, Water Distribution, to Accounts Number 1503-A-1,' 1503-B-7, 1503-B-8, 1503-E-2, and 1503-E-4; from Accounts Number 1701-F-11 and and 1701-G-5, Sewer Treatment Plant, to Accounts Number 1701-A-1, 1701-B-8, 1701-D-1, 1701-E-2, and 1701-E-4, Sewer Treatment Plant; from Accounts Number 1702-E-2 and 1702-E-16, Sewage Lift Station, to 1702-B-1, 1702-13-7, 1702-D-1, 1702-E-4, 1702-G-5, and 1702-G-9, Sewage Lift Stations; from Accounts Number 1703-A-4, 1703-G-8, 1703-G-9, and 1703-D-4, Sanitary Sewers, to Accounts Number 1703-B-7, 1703-B-13, 1703-E-4, and 1703-G-5, Sanitary Sewers; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the need for these transfers constitute an unforeseen condition and creates a case of grave public necessity and that the recommendation of the City Manager should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: 1.
