ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A FIFTEEN (151) FOOT WIDE GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO LOTS
ONE (1) AND TWENTY-FOUR (24), BLOCK,SEVEN (7),
JARRETTE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS., AS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Fifteen (15') foot general utility easement, as here-
inafter described, in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, said
easement to be abandoned being described as .follows, to wit:
Being that certain 15 foot wide general utility
easement described as follows:
Tract No. 1. Being the western 15 foot wide
strip of land of the abandoned 17th Street
lying. adjacent to Lot 24, Block 7 of the-
Jarrette Addition to'the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, the west line of
said easement being the east line of said
Lot 24; and
Tract No. 2. Being the western 15 foot wide
strip of land of the abandoned 17th Street
lying adjacent to Lot 1, Block 7 of the
Jarrette Addition to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, the west line of
said easement being the east line of said
Lot 1.
