THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, ADOPTED ON JUNE 27, 1969,
BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER
104-F-7, FINANCE, TO ACCOUNTS NUMBER 1047A-1,
104-E-1, 104-G-5, AND 104-F-8, FINANCE; FROM ACCOUNTS
NUMBER 107-F-2 and 107-G-5, CORPORATION COURT, TO
ACCOUNTS NUMBER 107-A-1, 107-B-1, 107-E-1, AND 107-G-8,
CORPORATION COURT; FROM A':CCOUNT NO. 108-F-5,
PERSONNEL, TO ACCOUNTS NUMBER 108-A-1, 108-A-5,
108-G-8, AND 108-G-9, PERSONNEL; FROM ACCOUNTS
NUMBER 109-F-1 AND 1.09-G-5, PUBLIC BUILDINGS, TO
ACCOUNTS NUMBER 109-A-1, 109-A-3, 1097B-8, 109-B-15,

WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the transfer of certain
unencumbered balances from Account Number 104-F-5, Finance to Accounts
Number 104-F-1, 104-E-1, 104-G-5, and 104-F-8, Finance; from Accounts
Number 107-F-2 and 107-G-5, Corporation Court, to Accounts Number 107-A -1,
107-B-1, 107-E-1, and 107-G-8, Corporation Court; from Account No. 108-F-5,
Personnel, to Accounts Number 108-A-1, 108-A-5, 108-G-8, and 108-G-9,
Personnel; from Accounts Number 109-F-1 and 109-G-5, Public Buildings, to
Accounts Number 109-A-1, 109-A-3, 109-B-8, 109-B-15, 109-E-4, 109-G-8,
and 109-G-9, Public Buildings; from Accounts Number 501-G-5, 501-G-8, and
501-F-2, Health, to Accounts Number 501-A.-4, 501-B-1, 501-B-8, 501-B-13,
501-B-15, 501-E-3, 501-E-4, 501-F-1, 501-F-6, 501-F-11, and 501-F-12,
Health; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the need for these transfers
constitute an unforeseen condition and creates a case of grave public necessity
and that the recommendation of the City Manager should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the budget of The City of Beaumont adopted on June 27, 1969,
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 1970, be and
the same is hereby amended by taking $784. 00 out of Account Number
104-F-7 - Finance - Equipment Rental, and transferring the following
amounts of money to the following accounts:
