ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A SIX- (6) FOOT WIDE SANI-
TARY SEWER EASEMENT IN BLOCK 23 OF
THE COLUMBUS CARTWRIGHT SUBDIVISION
NO. 1 OF THE D. BROWN LEAGUE OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS:
Tnat that certain six (6) toot wide sanitary sewer ease-
ment described as -follows:
BEING that certain six (6) foot wide
sanitary sewer easement in and along
the north end of Block 23, Columbus
Cartwright Subdivision No. 1 of the D
Brown League, of the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, as described
in Jefferson County Deed Records,
Jefferson County, Texas, in Volume 825,
at page 394,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and
that title to such property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as pro-
vided by law; and the City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes
any and all right, title and interest it had or may have
in and to such easement.
PASSED by the City Council this 24th day of
