ORDINANCE NO. '70 -G -
ENTITLED
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, ADOPTED ON JUNE 27, 1969,
BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER
999 G-14, CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNTS
NUMBER 801 A-1, 801 A-3, 801 B-7, 801 B-8, 801 B-14,
801 C-1, 801 G-5, 801 G-8, 801 G-9, and 801 Z-2, PARKS
AND RECREATION.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the transfer. of
certain unencumbered appropriation balances from Account Number
999 G-14, Contingency Appropriation to Accounts Number 801 A-1,
801 A-3, 801 B-7, 801 B-8, 801 B-14, 801 C-1, 801 G-5, 801 G-8,
801 G-9, and 801 Z-2, Parks and Recreation; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the need for these transfers
constitute an unforeseen condition and creates a case of grave public
necessity and that the recommendation of the City Manager should be
approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT:
1.
That the budget of The City of Beaumont adopted on June 27, 1969,
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 1970, - be and
the same is hereby amended by taking $11,995.84 out of Account Number
999 G-14, Contingency Appropriation and transferring the following amounts
of money to the following accounts:
801 A-1 -
Parks
- Salaries and Wages -Supervision

A-3 -
Parks
- Salaries and Wages - Operation

Parks
- Minor Apparatus
