ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE FOR AND IN
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT A PARTITION
DEED, PARTITIONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WHICH IS
PRESENTLY JOINTLY OWNED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
AND THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
That Ken Ritter, Mayor, be,and he is hereby, authorized to
execute for and in behalf of The City of Beaumont a partition
deed, partitioning the following described property which is
presently jointly owned by the City of Beaumont and the County
of Jefferson:
BEING a ten (10) acre tract of land and being all
of Block Nineteen (19) of the M. C. Cartwright -
Subdivision in the J. W. Bullock League, abstract
No. Seven (7), in the City of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County; Texas.
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said in-
strument and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
