ENTITLED.AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THREE (3) FIVE (51) FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASE-
MENTS LOCATED TWO AND ONE-HALF (2 1/21) FEET
ALONG EITHER SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING COMMON SIDE
LOT LINES: LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5), BLOCK
TWO (2), MANION PLACE.ADDITION; LOTS SEVEN (7)
AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK THREE (3), MANION PLACE
ADDITION; AND LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3),
BLOCK FOUR (4), MANION PLACE ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That those three certain five (5') foot wide utility easements
described as follows:
Being three 5 foot wide utility easements
located 2 1/2 feet along either side of
the following common side lot lines: Lots
4 and 5. Block 2, Manion Place Addition;
Lots 7 and 8. Block 3, Manion Place Addition;
and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Manion Place
Addition,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the
City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title
and interest it had or may have in and to such easements.
PASSED by the City Council this the 11 day of
