ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 23-3,
CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BFAUMONT, TEXAS:
That Section 23-3 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Beaumont, Texas, which said Ordinance prohibits the use
of barbed wire fence, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
