ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A FIVE (5') FOOT WIDE SERVICE POLE EASEMENT
LOCATED ALONG THE COMMON SIDE LOT LINES OF LOTS
NINETEEN (19) AND TWENTY (20), BLOCK THREE (3),
WESTMONT-ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS -DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain five (5') foot wide service pole easement
described as follows:
BEING the five (5') foot wide service pole
easement located upon and along the common
side lot lines of Lots Nineteen (19) and
Twenty (20), Block Three (3), Westmont
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, as shown on the recorded
map or plat of said Westmont Addition filed in
the Jefferson County Map Records, in Volume
10, page 139.
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property'of
the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the City
of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and
interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
