ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE FIVE (5') FOOT WIDE SERVICE POLE EASEMENT
LOCATED ALONG THE COMMON SIDE LOT LINES OF
LOTS TWENTY-FIVE (25) AND TWENTY-SIX (26),
BLOCK THREE -(3), WESTMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain five (5') foot wide service pole easement
described as follows:
Being the five (5') foot wide "service pole
easement" located two and one-half (2-1/2)
feet upon and along either side of the
common side lot lines of Lots 25 and 26,
Block 3, Westmont Addition to the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown
on the recorded map or plat of said addition
filed in the Jefferson County Map Records in
Volume 10, page 139;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the
City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights,
title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED by the City Council this the 15N8 day of
June, 1971.
