ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE SIXTY (60) FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN
THE VICINITY OF WALKER ROAD IN THE W. B. DYCHES
SURVEY OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

That that certain sixty (60) foot wide drainage easement described
as follows:
Being a tract of land out of and a part of the
W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract No. A-17, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, said tact being a
portion of the Keith 59.491 acre tract, said
tract being known as easement No. 2 as dedicated
in June of 1963 to the City of Beaumont, Texas,
by the Joesam Corporation, a corporation of Jeffer-
son County, Texas, Sam Fertitta, M.D., President
(deceased); said tract being thirty (30) feet each
side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of the north
end of Drexel Drive as shown on the plat of Blue
Lake Estates Addition, Unit l., as recorded in
Volume 10, page 134, Map Records, Jefferson County,
Texas, said point lying one hundred fifty (150)
feet east of the east line of Walker Road as now
established;
THENCE north 000 27' 30" east along a line that is
parallel with and one hundred fifty (150) feet
distant from the east line of Walker Road as now
established, eight hundred forty-eight and fourteen
hundredths (848.14) feet to corner, said point
being three hundred fifty-two and four tenths
(352.4) feet south of the south line of State
Highway 105;
THENCE south 890 23' 30" west along a line parallel
with the centerline of State Highway 105 one hundred
fifty (150) feet to corner in the east line of said
Walker Road;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to.and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law; and that the City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest it had
or may have.in and to such easement.
