ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION
3-.18 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS:
That Section 3-18 of the Code of Ordinances of The City of Beaumont,
Texas, which said ordinance makes it unlawful for any person to sell
beer or offer same for sell within the city limits on Sunday at any
time between the hours of 1:00 o'clock p.m. and midnight, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
PASSED by the City Council this the 1c2- day of October,
1971.
