ORDINANCE NO. ?/- L6
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER A OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
BY REPEALING DIVISION 2 OF SAID CODE OF
ORDINANCES AND BY REPEALING SECTION 34-23
SECTION 34-24, SECTION 34-25, SECTION 34-L6,
SECTION 34-27, SECTION 34-28, AND SECTION 34-29
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
1.
That Division 2 of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances
which Division 2 is comprised of Section 34-23, Section 34-24,
Section 34-25, Section 34-26, Section 34-27, Section 34-28,
and Section 34-29 of the Code of Ordinances, be, and the same
is hereby, repealed in its entirety.
