WILLIAMS SURVEY IN BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN PRESENTLY ZONED "R-1" TO "I-111; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: Qnr• 1-i nr, 1 That Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, and in particular the boundaries of the zoning districts as indicated upon the Zoning Map of the City of Beaumont, re- ferred to in Section 42-9 thereof, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of the following described tract of land, presently zoned "R-1", Single Family Dwelling, to "I-1", Light Industrial, to -wit: BEING a 2.10 acre, triangular shaped, tract of land bounded on the north by Hoover Street, bounded on the east by North Ninth Street (sometimes known as part of Dollinger Road) and bounded on the south and southwest by the S. & E. T. Railroad Company (Southern Pacific) railroad right-of=way (tracks have been re- moved by railroad company); said 2.10 acre tract lies in the A. Williams Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, and is referred to by the City of Beaumont's property tax rolls as acreage tract Nos. 129, 183, 190, 198 and 198A out of Plat D-12, A. Williams Survey, and also including half the right-of-way width of abutting streets, and the official zoning map of the City of Beaumont is hereby amended to reflect such changes. Qnrnrinn i That in all other respects the use of the property hereinabove described shall be subject to all of the applicable regulations contained in Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas adopted August 19, 1958, effective October 19, 1958, as amended. 0 -7a -k -.? -/- -72-, 1�7 That the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to be severable and that if the validity of the zoning affecting any portion of the property described herein- above shall be.declared to be.invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the zoning of the balance of the property des- cribed herein. Section 4 That any -person or corporation violating any of the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to the same penalties provided for in the said Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: Section 1 That Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, and in particular the boundaries of the zoning districts as indicated upon the Zoning Map of the City of Beaumont, re- ferred to in Section 42-9 thereof, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of the following described tract of land, presently zoned 11R-111, Single Family Dwelling, to "I-l", Light Industrial, to -wit: BEING a 2.10 acre, triangular shaped, tract of land bounded on the north by Hoover Street, bounded on the east by North Ninth Street (sometimes known as part of Dollinger Road) and bounded on the south and southwest by the S. & E. T. Railroad Company (Southern Pacific) railroad right-of*way (tracks have been re- moved by railroad company); said 2.10 acre tract .lies in the A.
