ORDINANCE NO. 73-37
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 37,
SECTION 37-58.3(b) BY SUBSTITUTING FOR MAP
NO. 68T-101 MAP N0. 73T-1; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING A PENALTY; AND -REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That Section 37-58.3(b).of the Code of Ordinances of
The City of Beaumont, Texas, is hereby repealed -and a new
Section 37-58.3(b) is hereby _added to read as follows:
"(b) Map No. 73T-1 (Date of Survey, October 12,E
1972) - The paved roadways in the area of
the intersection of U. S. Highways_69, 96
and 287, and. Interstate Highway 10: .

Section 2.
If any section,.subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this_ ordinance, or the application of same to a particular
set of persons or circumstances should for -any reason be held
invalid, such invalidity shall in no wise affect the remaining
portions of this ordinance, and to such end the various provisions
of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any pro-
vision of this ordinance shall, upon -conviction, be punished as
provided for in Section 1-8 of the Code of Ordinances of
Beaumont, Texas.
