ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A FIVE (51) FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
TWO AND ONE-HALF (2 1/2') FEET ALONG EITHER
SIDE OF THE COMMON SIDE LOT LINES OF LOTS SIX
(6 ) AND SEVEN (7), BLOCK FOUR (4), MCANELLY
PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS,' AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain five (5') foot wide utility easement des-
cribed as follows:
Being a five (5') foot wide utility easement
located two and one-half (2 1/2') feet along
either side of the common side lot lines of
Lots 6 and 7, Block 4, McAnelly Place Addition
to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, said easement extending south 119.78
feet from the south right-of-way line of Rose
Mary Drive (a 60 ft. street right-of-way) to
the north line of an existing 15 foot wide
utility easement, said 5 foot wide easement
shown on the map or plat of,said McAnelly
Place Addition as two 2.5 foot utility
easements and recorded in the Map Records of
Jefferson County in Volume 9, Page 30,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the
City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title
and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
