ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A'TEN FOOT
(10') EASEMENT ALONG THE.NORTHERN BOUNDARY
OF LOT NINE (9), BLOCK ONE (1), ROSEDALE ACRES,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT that certain ten (10') foot wide easement described as
follows:
Being a ten (10') foot wide general utilities
easement lying wholly within Lot Nine (9),
Block One (1), of Rosedale Acres Subdivision
and extending eastward from the western boun-
dary of said lot along the northern boundary
of said lot for a distance of 146.10', said
ten (10') foot wide easement shown on the map
or plat of said Rosedale Acres and recorded
in the Map Records of Jefferson County in
Volume 8, Page 239,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and
interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
