.If a portion or provision of this ordinance be held
invalid or unconstitutional, the validity of the remaining pro-
visions shall not be affected.thereby,and for this purpose, the
City Council of the City of Beaumont declares_ this'ordinance-
to be severable.-
3.
Any person violating the provisions of this Section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accor-
dance with Section 1-8 of this Code.
4.
All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict.
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
