THIRTY FOOT (30') STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY BEGINNING
ON W. LUCAS, EXTENDING WESTWARD ACROSS TRACT B
OUT OF TRACT 395 FRENCH HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AND
CONTINUING ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARIES OF
TRACTS 51 AND 52 AND NORTHWARD ALONG�THE WESTERN --
BOUNDARY OF TRACT 5.1, RECORDED IN THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY DEED RECORDS, VOLUME' 130, PAGE 534,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain thirty (30') foot street right-of-way described
as follows:
BEGINS 30 feet north of the southeast corner of
a tract of 37.7 acres S87012'W, with the north
line of a 10 -acre tract 977 feet to the north-
west corner of a 10 -acre tract;
THENCE NOol'E along the west line of the T. J-.
Brown tract 743.2 feet to a stake;
THENCE N1907'E 35 feet to a stake;
THENCE S39047'E 152.3 feet to a stake;
THENCE SOol'W on a line 30 feet east of and
parallel with Brown's west boundary line
723.4 feet to a stake;
THENCE E30'N of and parallel with said Beaumont
Land and Building Company's 10 acres 947 feet
to a corner on the east line of said Bigner
Survey;
THENCE S30' to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing
1.33 acres of land.
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property.shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided'by law; and the City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest
it had or may have in and to,such street right-of-way.
