- ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING AN
8 --FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN BLOCK ONE
(1), FRENCH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAiUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain 8 --foot wide sanitary sewer easement described
as follows:
An easement purchased from Elijah E. Pruitt and
wife, Lula Pruitt, on the 3rd day of November,
1950, under Vol. 793, Page $19, being an easement
for sewer line purposes only, eight (8) feet in
width off of the east side of Block One (1),
French Subdivision to The City of Beaumont, and
extending from the north line of Blackmon Road to
the southwest line of 11th Street (U.S. Highway
69),

be, and the same is hereby, vacated and.abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beau-
mont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest it
had or might have had in and to such sanitary sewer easement.
PASSED by the City Council this 2nd day of June, A.D. 1964.
