ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
S -FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT 22 FEET ON EACH SIDE
OF THE COMMON LINE BETWEEN LATS 1 AND2 IN TOWN-
SENDtS HALF --ACRES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF BEAU-
MONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain 5 -foot utility easement described as follows:
Being a five (5) feet wide utility easement in
and along, two and one half (22) feet on either
side of, the common lot line between Lots Nos.
1 and 2 in Townsendts Half -Acres Subdivision in
The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as.provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby
relinquishes any and all right, title, and interest it had or might
have had in and to such utility easement.
