BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

That Paragraph (1) of Section 32-.8 of the Code of .Ordinan-
ces of Beaumont, Texas, is hereby amended and shall henceforth read
as follows:
"See. 32.-8. Service rates, rules and regulations --
Inside City limits.
"The following rates, rules and regulations are here-
by established and shall be enforced and 6ollected by
the city council for sewer service furnished within
the corporate limits of the city:
IT(1) The following metered rates based upon water
measured through meters approved by the water-
works department shall be effective:
(a) First 1,500 gallons ........ $1.25
(b) Next 18,500 gallons........ .10 per M.

(c) All over 20,000 gallons.... .07 per M.
gallons
(d) Minimum charge: -.per -month, $1.25
(e) Maximum charge per month for single --family
residence or each dwelling unit, $3.09;tt
Same to be effective July 1, 1965.
