ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THAT PORTION OF DOCTORS DRIVE LYING EAST OF THE
NORTHWARD EXTENSION OF THE EAST LINE OF 15TH
STREET IN PHYSICIANS PLACE ADDITION, AND THAT
CERTAIN 5 -FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LYING IN
AND ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS SEVEN (7)
AND EIGHT (8) OF PHYSICIANS PLACE ADDITION, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN,.IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that portion of Doctors Drive and that certain utility
easement in Physicians Place Addition in The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of"Doctors Drive, sixty (60).feet
wide, which lies East of the Northward extension
of the East line of the sixty (60) feet wide
15th Street as it exists in Physicians Place Ad-
dition, same portion of Doctors Drive being 200
feet long, including cul--de-sac; and that certain
five (5) feet wide utility easement lying in and
along and two and one-half (22) feet on each side
of the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8 of Physi-
cians Place Addition, and extending from the
Doctors Drive cul -de --sac to the West line of the
fifteen (15) feet wide North --South utility ease-
ment in Lots % and 8, said five (5) feet wide
easement being 25.1 feet long;
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such vacated and abandoned property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law;
and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right,
title and interest it had or might have had in and to such prop-
erty.
