ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE
STREETS AND ALLEYS IN BLL KS NOS. 33, 34 AND 35 OF
THE VAN WORMER SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAU-
MONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the following described streets and alleys in Blocks 33, 34,
and 35 of the Van Wormer Second Addition to The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, to wit:
1. The 60 feet wide South Street between Sawyer
Street and 13th Street;
2. The 80 feet wide Pecos Street between Sawyer
Street and 13th Street;
3. The 60 feet wide Angelina Street between Sawyer
Street .and 13th Street;
4. The 20 feet wide alley in Block 33, Van Wormer
Second Addition, between Sawyer Street and 13th
Street;
5. The 20 feet wide alley in Block 34, Van Wormer
Second Addition, between Sawyer Street and 13th
Street;
6. The 20 feet wide alley in Block 35, Van Wormer
Second Addition, between Sawyer'Street and lith
Street;
be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title.
to such vacated and abandoned property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law;
and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right,
title and interest it had or might have had in and to such property.
