ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN.ORDINANCE :AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS, BY REPEAL-
ING THE PRESENT SECTIONS 30-2, 30--3, AND 30-4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
1.
That the present Sections 30-2, 30--3, and 30.-4, of the
Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, reading:
"Sec. 30--2. Permits - Applicationtt;
"Sec. 30..3. Poultry Processorit;
"See. 30-4. Wholesalerit;
be and the ,same are hereby repealed.
