BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

That the present Section 14-33 of the Code of Ordinances
of Beaumont, Texas, reading:
"Sec. 14.-,33. ''Payment of Taxes prerequisite to
issuance; Ye
be and the same is hereby repealed.
