ORDINANCE NO. S —
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE EAST -WEST ALLEY IN BLOCK NO. FIVE (5) OF
THE LEONARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
That the following described East. -West Alley in Block No. Five
(5) of the Leonard Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned,
and that title to said alley shall revert to and become the
property of the parties entitled thereto by law, said alley
being described as follows:
1965.
Being that certain ten (10) feet wide East. -West
alley in Block No. 5 of the Leonard Addition to
The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;
said alley lying south of Buford Street and ex-
tending from the west line of Port Street to the
east line of Levy Street, and being 200 feet in
length.
PASSED by the City Council this 2nd day of February,
