ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
FIVE ( 5 ) FEET WIDE STREET LIGHT 'EASEMENT ALONG THE
COMMON LOT LINE OF DOTS 19 AND 20 IN BLOCK 11 OF
FOREST PARK ADDITION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY .OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain five (5) feet wide street light easement described
as follows:
That certain five (5) feet wide street light ease-
ment in and along and two and one-half (2-1/2)
feet on each side of the common lot line of Lots
19. and 20 in Block 11, Forest Park Addition to the
City of Beaumont, Texas, said easement being 113.05
feet long and extending from the cul -de --sac on
Blanton ''lace t -D the West line of the seven and one-
half (7-1/2) feet utility easement in and along the
East line of Lots 19 and 20
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the per-
sons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest it had or
might have had in and to such street light easement.
PASSED by the City Council this 19th day of October, 1965•
