ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (1) OF
SECTION 32-8 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS, ENTITLED "SERVICE RATES, RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS --INSIDE CITY LIMITS."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS,

That Paragraph (1) of Section 32-8 of the Code of Ordinances of
Beaumont, Texas, is hereby amended and shall henceforth read as follows:
""Sec. 32-8. Service rates, rules and regulations --
Inside City Limits.
"The following rates, rules and regulations are hereby established
and shall be enforced and collected by the City Council for sewer
service furnished within the corporate limits of the city:
(1). The following metered rates based upon water
measured through meters approved by the water-
works department shall be effective:
(a) First 1, 500 gal -Ions .. ....... 0 ...... $1.25
