CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A WARRANTY
DEED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS, CONVEYING 0.262 OF ONE
ACRE OF LAND IN THE J. W. BULLOCK LEAGUE, ABSTRACT
NO. 7 IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be and he is -hereby authorized to execute and de-
liver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a warranty deed
conveying to the State of Texas the following described tract of
land, to wit:
Being 0.262 of one acre of land, more or less, out
of and a part of that certain 0.318 acre tract of
land being in the J. W. Bullock League, abstract No.
7 in Jefferson County, Texas, said 0.318 acre tract
being the same land described in a deed from Oscar
Lee Williford, et ux to Homestead Petroleum Marketing
Company dated December 24, 1957, recorded in Volume
1095, Page 65, Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas;
said 0.262 of one acre of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the pro-
posed easterly right of way line of Spur 380 with the
northerly line of said 0.318 acre tract, said point
being South 520 442 West a distance of 65.81 feet
from the northeast corner of said 0.318 acre tract;
Thence South 41° 322 �7" East, a distance of 74.44
feet along the proposed easterly right of way line of
Spur 380, to a point for corner;
Thence South.l° 482 West, a distance of 142.39 feet
along the tract of land herein described to a point
for corner in the existing easterly right of way line
of Spur 380;
Thence North 37° 162 West, a distance of 184.79 feet
along the existing easterly right of way line of Spur
380, to a point for corner
Thence North 520 442 East, a distance of 84.19 feet
along the tract of land;herein:desEribed to the point
of beginning, containing an area of 0.262 of one acre
of land, more or less;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instrument
and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
